THE CHALLENGE:
Walker & Dunlop's marketing team communicates with clients, investors, and prospective clients across a wide range of complex information, from market trends and development activity to transaction history, team expertise, and the firm's approach to selling an asset.
The challenge was to turn large amounts of information into marketing materials that were not only visually polished, but easy to understand, navigate, and reuse across different markets and audiences.
I work across several recurring publications and marketing systems designed to make this information more accessible while helping teams communicate the broader investment story.
MARKET SUMMARIES:
I design quarterly Market Summary publications across Los Angeles, Phoenix, Orange County, Inland Empire, Murrieta, Temecula, and San Diego.
Each publication brings together market information including rental trends, supply and demand, buyer activity, inventory growth, sales volume, economic indicators, and submarket performance.
My role is to take a large volume of research and make it digestible for a client or investor who wants to quickly understand what is happening in a market. I establish the information hierarchy, determine how data should be visualized, and use editorial layouts to guide readers through the most relevant trends and takeaways.
The result is a recurring communication tool that helps clients better understand the markets they are considering and provides context for the investment opportunities our teams are bringing to market.

DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE + EBALST:
The Development Pipeline complements the Market Summaries by focusing specifically on what is being built and where.
I design recurring pipelines that track properties in lease-up and under construction, organizing development activity by submarket to give investors a clear view of where new supply is entering the market.
This information can help contextualize individual assets within their competitive landscape. For example, limited new development in a submarket can become an important part of the story when positioning an existing or newly developed property.
To extend the publication beyond the collateral itself, I also design the accompanying email campaign assets used to promote each pipeline to clients and investors. The eblast translates the larger publication into a concise digital touchpoint designed to drive engagement with the full report.

CAPABILITIES BROCHURE:
The team capabilities brochure shifts the focus from the market to what our team can do for a client.
I design and structure the publication to communicate the team's experience, expertise, and approach to selling properties. Content includes team profiles, transaction summaries, representative assignments across land, development, and existing assets, investor profiles, and an overview of how we leverage the broader Walker & Dunlop platform to market properties.
The brochure also communicates our approach to the sale process, giving prospective clients a clearer picture of how the team combines market knowledge, relationships, marketing strategy, and execution.
Rather than presenting a collection of credentials, the goal is to turn the team's experience into a clear narrative about why our platform and approach are valuable to a client.

THE SYSTEM:
Although each publication serves a different purpose, they share the same underlying approach: organize complexity, establish hierarchy, and make information actionable.
The systems are designed to be flexible enough to accommodate new markets, changing data, and different audiences while maintaining a consistent and recognizable Walker & Dunlop brand experience.
THE RESULT:
These materials extend marketing beyond individual property campaigns and create ongoing touchpoints with clients and investors.
By translating market intelligence, development activity, and team expertise into clear visual communications, I help turn complex information into tools that support client education, business development, and property positioning across the platform.
