Paxton & Vicino

INTEGRATED CAMPAIGN
Creative Direction · Art Direction · Marketing · Digital

THE CHALLENGE:
Paxton and Vicino had an established visual identity, but the existing materials didn't fully reflect the scale or sophistication of the opportunity. The challenge was to elevate the existing brand while creating a cohesive visual system that could carry across the full investor experience.

THE EVOLUTION:
Before - The original identity provided a foundation, but lacked the hierarchy and flexibility needed to support a broader campaign.

After - Refined the visual language through typography, color, layout, imagery, and information hierarchy, creating a more distinctive system that could extend across multiple touchpoints.

THE SYSTEM:
The updated visual language became the foundation for the campaign, creating consistency across property storytelling, data, imagery, and investor communications.

COLLABORATION:
The campaign extended beyond a single property. When Paxton and Vicino were submitted alongside another group, I collaborated with the other designer to align the valuation materials across both teams. We developed a shared visual language while maintaining the distinct identity of each property.

THE PITCH:
I translated the campaign into an in-person pitch deck designed to give the team a clear visual narrative for presenting both properties to investors.

INVESTOR EXPERIENCE:
Extended the campaign beyond traditional marketing materials with a custom tour map highlighting comparable properties, dining, and key destinations surrounding the assets. The map gave investors a practical way to experience the market while reinforcing the broader story of the opportunity.

CAMPAIGN EXTENSIONS:
Adapted the campaign identity into social content, maintaining the same visual language while optimizing the story for a faster, digital-first format. Developed a marketing report to track campaign activity and provide the team with a clear view of outreach and engagement.

THE RESULT: The result was a unified investor campaign that moved beyond a single marketing book into a connected system of print, presentation, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
