Case Study 1 - "Just Closed" Transaction Campaign

Social Campaign | Digital Marketing | Brand Design

This campaign highlighted major multifamily transactions completed by Walker & Dunlop’s Investment Sales team and was distributed through Walker & Dunlop’s official LinkedIn channel to increase deal visibility and reinforce market leadership.

Featured properties included Preserve at Melrose, a $185M multifamily community in Vista, California, and Santa Fe Ranch, a 320-unit community in Carlsbad, California, representing two of the region’s most significant transactions in 2024.

I was responsible for designing the social graphics that accompanied each announcement. The goal of the campaign was to:

  1. Promote high-value closings to industry audiences

  2. Strengthen Walker & Dunlop’s brand presence on LinkedIn

  3. Support broker credibility and client outreach

  4. Communicate complex transaction data clearly

Given the fast-paced nature of transaction marketing, the content needed to be produced quickly while maintaining brand accuracy and consistency. I collaborated closely with brokers and marketing partners to identify key deal metrics such as price, unit count, location, and price per unit, and translate them into concise, visually engaging formats.

My design approach prioritized clarity, hierarchy, and scalability. Using Walker & Dunlop’s established brand system, I developed modular layouts that balanced typography, imagery, and data presentation. Each graphic was optimized for LinkedIn’s feed environment to ensure strong readability and visual impact.

To support long-term efficiency, I refined existing templates into flexible design systems that enabled rapid iteration and reuse across future transactions.

Outcome:

The campaign supported the promotion of major closings and was shared across company channels. The graphics became a repeatable framework for “Just Closed” announcements, improving turnaround time and strengthening consistency across social, sales, and leadership communications.

This project demonstrates how system-driven design can elevate social marketing, reinforce brand credibility, and support revenue-generating teams at scale.

Case Study 2 - "Call For Offers" Campaign

Social Campaign | Digital Marketing | Brand Design

This campaign promoted active multifamily listings and communicated offer deadlines through broker-led LinkedIn posts, supporting deal momentum and investor engagement.

Featured properties included Haven Poway, a 107-unit value-add opportunity in Poway, California, and The Commodore, a newly built Class A asset in National City, California.

I designed standardized social graphics that highlighted critical listing information, including location, year built, unit count, renovation upside, and market positioning. The goal of the campaign was to:

  1. Create urgency around offer deadlines

  2. Increase investor visibility for active listings

  3. Support broker outreach and lead generation

  4. Maintain brand consistency across individual feeds

Working closely with brokers, I translated detailed investment narratives into concise, high-impact visuals optimized for LinkedIn. Each graphic balanced technical data with strong visual hierarchy to ensure clarity in fast-scrolling environments.

My design approach focused on building scalable templates that could be quickly adapted for different assets and timelines. Using Walker & Dunlop’s brand system, I created flexible layouts that allowed brokers to promote listings consistently while preserving their individual voice.

Outcome:

The campaign supported timely investor outreach and contributed to increased engagement around active listings. The visual framework was reused across multiple offerings, strengthening alignment between marketing, brokerage, and leadership teams.

This project highlights the role of thoughtful design systems in enabling fast, coordinated marketing across decentralized sales teams.
